Refunds and Returns Policy

We offer refunds if contacted within 30 days of delivery for goods that are in the original packet and condition as when you received them. In the unlikely event that goods received are faulty, incorrect or have developed a fault during a short period of time please contact us. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit depending on your payment type within a certain amount of days.
