A game-changer was the premium golf-style pocket pole, which delivers a traditional feel and balance in your hand. Plus, its extendable and retractable design makes it super convenient - simply pop it in your pocket, no more bulky traditional lunge whip poles

You'll love the convenience of its collapsible design and premium rubber grip. This retractable telescopic pole extends from 25cm to 1.2m, offering both close-hand and long-distance training options. Keep in mind that the hollow stainless steel pole is not meant to be used as a solid training aid. After each use, make sure to clean it thoroughly to ensure smooth and effective retraction.
