• Ideal for sports injuries, muscle recovery, arthritic & rheumatic joints and sciatica. Also great for bruising & inflammation.

• APPLICATION: Apply a small amount directly to the body area that needs soothing and massage in for several minutes. Do this as often as needed.
• FOR BEST RESULTS: Apply pressure or wrapping to the area after balm is applied, you will feel a much more intense result.
